The Manifold Scattering Transform for High-Dimensional Point Cloud Data

We present a practical scheme for implementing the manifold scattering transform for point cloud data. We show that this implementation successfully performs signal classification and manifold classification using signals on a sphere, scans of human bodies, and single-cell protein measurement data.
